Have you heard the recent buzz about the Upper East Restaurant in Makati wherein they are trying to be elite? After I read about their marketing campaign on their website I just cant help but to shake my head off. I just thought that maybe this is just their marketing srategy so that people would be curious and head their way to this fancy restaurant. Let's just see and wait how people would react on this one.
